Reader Request: grain co-op in Colorado Springs?

Ruth left a comment on this post, asking for information on where to find a grain co-op in Colorado Springs.  I wanted to make sure her question got lots of exposure, though, so I wanted to post it here and ask for your favorite co-ops of any type in Colorado Springs!
