Free lightbulbs at Target?

There’s a new $2/1 Target printable coupon for GE Energy Smart Lightbulbs. You can pair this with the $1/1 from [coupons.com] or the insert coupon (can’t seem to find the date anywhere!) to get a total of $3 off. Rumor has it these bulbs start around $3, so they could be free after coupons!

I know last time there was a deal on these lightbulbs at Target our prices here in Colorado Springs were a bit higher than other parts of the country, but with a total of $3 off it’s probably still a deal.  Please comment if you have any idea what prices are like here in the Springs.
