A couple of great meat deals at Albies this week! I would get there early if you want to actually be able to purchase the whole chickens for $0.59/lb – they often run out of these, even with a limit of 4. I would probably expect to get a raincheck!
Meat, Dairy, and Frozen
USDA Choice Ribeye Steak, Bone-In (Family Pack) – $3.99/lb
Whole Fryers – $0.59/lb, limit 4
Assorted Pork Chops, Bone-In (Family Pack) – $0.97/lb
Rating: 3, maybe a 4 – seems like these haven’t gone on sale quite as much lately.
Red Baron Pizza (12 inch, 19-27.8 oz) – $2.27 with in-ad coupon, limit 2
Yoplait and FiberOne Yogurt Packs – $1.88
Use $1/1 from [coupons.com] or [smartsource.com]
Net cost at checkout: $0.88
Rating: 4 – there are also $0.50/1 insert coupons out, but that’s not as good of a deal since it doesn’t appear Albies is doubling this week.
Breyer’s Ice Cream – $1.99
Klondike Bars, Ben and Jerry’s, or Popsicle products – $1.99
Rating: 3-4 – the actual products included aren’t named in the ad, so I’m just going off the picture for the list of what’s included!
Fresh Express Salad Blends – B1G1 Free with in-ad coupon, limit one coupon
Net cost at checkout: about $1.80 (regular retail is $3.59)
Dole Bananas – $0.46/lb
General Grocery and Household
Doritos Tortilla Chips (11.5-12 oz) – $1.77 with in-ad coupon, limit 2
Buy Kraft Mac and Cheese 5 Pack, Get 1 Nabisco Oreos Free with in-ad coupon, limit one coupon
Net cost at checkout: $5.49 total
Rating: 3 – if you average out the cost it’s $2.50 per item, which is $0.50 per box of mac and cheese. A pretty good deal for that, but $2.50 isn’t that great of a deal for Oreos.
O Organics Coffee (10-11 oz) – B1G1 Free
Net cost at checkout: $4 each
Rating: 5 if you have to have organic!
Orowheat Sandwich Thins (8 ct) – $2
Rating: 4 – those of you who have coupons for this product from House Party, this would be a good time to use them!
GE 13 Watt CFL Spiral Bulb – $1.99
Use $1/1 GE Energy Smart Lightbulb
or $1/1 GE Reveal Light Bulb
or $1/1 GE LightBulb insert coupon – can’t find the date
Net cost at checkout: $0.99
Rating: 4-5 – could potentially be a better deal at Target with the Target store coupon, but this is still a great buy!
There are a bunch of cereals and fruit snacks listed on the front page of the ad for $1.88, but unless Albertsons is doubling coupons this week, I think I’d hold off and wait for a better deal.
