Buying in bulk: who has the best deals?

Ruth commented on this week’s Sunflower Market post with a tip about Natural Grocers’ bulk prices:

Natural Grocers sells all kinds of bulk foods cheaper than the sale price at Sunflower Market. For instance, Sunflower Market is having a sale on organic steel cut oats this week for $.99/pound. Natural Grocerers’ every day price is $.80/pound. I have noticed the same thing for rice, oatmeal and most of their other bulk products.

I’m curious what stores you’ve found to have the best prices in Colorado Springs on bulk goods? I know we have Sunflower Market, Natural Grocers, Mountain Mama’s, and Whole Foods to choose from, but are there others? Is there anyone that hands down beats the others, day in and day out?
