Even Better Than IHOP

I gotta tell you, I make way better pancakes than IHOP.  Here’s the recipe I use.  Every single person I’ve ever served them to has said something to the effect of “these are the best pancakes I’ve ever had“.  Don’t try to shortcut the recipe (ie, make sure you use real buttermilk) or you won’t get those kind of compliments. :)
