Where’s the best place to use the hot $2 Pampers wipes coupon?

Did you see the coupon for $2 off Pampers wipes in yesterday’s Proctor and Gamble insert?  It’s good on anything 60 ct or higher, and that’s gonna mean free wipes! Clearly they’re trying to get you to try their new wipes.

So, where’s the best place to use this coupon?  Anywhere the $2 coupon would make them free, even without a sale?

By the way, did anyone else have trouble finding the P&G insert in the papers sold at gas stations yesterday?  I bought three extras but wasn’t able to find any papers with the P&G insert. :(
