Albertsons: Dreyer’s ice cream on sale, plus more deals

That’s a pretty good price on Dreyer’s ice cream if you’re brand loyal – and I know they’ve sent out some home-mailer coupons in the past so you might want to check your coupon organizer.  I’ll let you have it – I haven’t liked the taste and texture of Dreyer’s since they changed from “ice cream” to “frozen dairy dessert”.  But that’s a little off topic… ;)

There’s a coupon in the ad for $10 off your purchase of $100 or more, but this is rarely going to be a good deal. I’m looking at it as a savings of only 10%, and the fine print says that your $100 minimum purchase has to come after all manufacturer and store coupons. So, in reality, it’s probably even less than a 10% savings.

Rating: 3-4 – depends on which laundry detergent sales you’ve been able to get in on recently, and how brand-loyal you are!

There’s a Buy $25, Save $5 instantly deal going on for some Kimberly Clark brands like Huggies, Scott, Kleenex, and more. There’s not a lot of info in the ad, but I’m not seeing anything that’s a knock-out deal. At first I thought the wipes might be – the refill pack is pictured next to the price of $2.50, but the fine print says “64-72 ct” which are the smaller boxes. Definitely leave a comment if you figure out a way to make this deal a bargain!
