Safeway: cheap paper plates, and more

I’m hearing that some Safeway stores have Nivea lip care on sale for $1, though it’s not listed in our ad and I haven’t heard from anyone in our area.  If they are, the coupon for $2/2 Nivea Lip Care Products from Coupons.com would make them free.  Might be worth checking, anyway!
