Groupon deal: $10 for $20 to Soap.com

Today’s “side deal” at Groupon Los Angeles is $10 for a $20 voucher to Soap.com (right-hand side of your screen).  It was available a few days ago, and I bought one and placed an order and was thrilled to discover it also included shipping!  Great way to get a deal on products that don’t often go on sale.

Note:  this Groupon is limit one per household.

I was also super thrilled when my order was $0.00.  I had spend a little over $20 and so I was expecting to pay a few bucks out of pocket, but somehow since Soap.com and Diapers.com are sister sites (one shopping cart between the two), it applied a few dollars of referall credits that I had in my Diapers.com account to my Soap.com order!

A very nice surprise, indeed.  If you didn’t know already, Diapers.com has a referral program where you can offer a discount code to your friends (mine’s SPRINGSBAR, btw :)) and you earn anywhere from $5-10 when they place an order of $49+ using your code (new customers only).  And they save $10 on their order!

I thought I’d spent all my existing credits when I bought my Moby Wrap, but had a couple of new ones that make my Soap.com order free!

If you’re not using Diapers.com and Groupon‘s referral programs, you should!  Even if you don’t have a blog, you can share them on Facebook every now and then if you find a great deal.
