Shipping at Diapers.com is free on orders of $49 or more, so you could basically get $49 worth of diapers for $29 (cost of Plum district deal, plus an additional $9 spent to get free shipping)!  Make sure you read the fine print to know what’s included and excluded in this deal (basically, you can buy anything in the diapers category).
