Take this coupon into a Penzey’s spice store and they’ll give you some of their Bicentennial Rub for free! It’s a 1/4 cup jar, and it looks like the coupon is valid through 12/31/2010, but I can’t read that tiny print well enough to say for sure.
Their website says the Bicentennial Rub is “hand-mixed from: coarse flake salt, Tellicherry black pepper, sugar, turmeric, minced orange peel and coriander. ”
