Safeway: Pampers diapers for $5.74

Safeway put a mid-week at out in yesterday’s paper, and in it was a pretty good deal on diapers.  I don’t know about you, but it’s been quite awhile since there’s been a decent diaper deal at a store other than Walgreens!

Coupon requires minimum purchase of $10 (which includes cost of diapers before coupon)

Net cost at checkout: $27.96, plus earn a $5 catalina

Rating: 5, especially if you are brand-loyal to Pampers

A couple of notes: the catalina deal seems to only include Pampers Cruisers, so be careful on that.  Also, the $5 catalina also seems to be good “on your next purchase of Pampers”, so it’s not quite as good as “on your next Safeway purchase”.

The in-ad coupon also includes Huggies, for which there is no catalina deal, but there are some coupons in the coupon database and on [coupons.com].
