Do you tip at the holidays?

Hairdressers, trash collectors, newspaper carriers, babysitters…  All are on the “list” of people to tip at Christmastime, and there’s a whole lot more that are on the traditional list.

Do you tip?  How much, and who to?  Do you give cash gifts, or buy a little something special (like Melissa’s chocolate bar gifts)?  If your budget is tighter this year, whose tip is on the chopping block?
