Here’s a couple of deals on batteries for your Christmas toys!

King Soopers: Duracell 4-packs under 50¢

King Soopers has Duracell AA and AAA four-packs on sale for $1.98 through the end of this month, I think.  They’re just $0.48 after coupon:

That’s just 12¢ per battery!  Now I wish I had bought more newspapers yesterday.

Office Depot and Staples: 20-pack free-after-rewards

Office Depot has 20-packs of Energizer Max Alkaline AA Batteries free-after-rewards!  You can get two per day, and it’s valid in-store only.

They’re $12.99, so you’ll pay that at checkout and then get $12.99 back in rewards.  The rewards earned through the end of December will be credited to your account sometime between February 15-28.

Staples is also running a similar deal, but with Duracell 20-packs.  They’re $12.99, and you get $12.99 back in rewards.  In-store only!  More details in their ad.

It’s a great deal as long as you (a) remember to redeem the rewards, and (b) buy things with the rewards that are at least a decent deal!
