Nature Made Rebate: Spend $30, Get $5

There’s a new rebate that might go nicely with the B1G1 deal on Nature Made vitamins at Walgreens this week: buy $30 worth, get $5 back!  Unfortunately, it’s after coupon and discount amounts, but might be a good deal if you’re stocking up anyway.

Here’s the scoop:

BUY: Any combination of Nature Made® brand products totaling $30 or more (after subtracting coupon and discount amounts and not including tax) between 1/16/11 and 2/20/11.

SEND: Mail in the original cash register receipt(s) along with the newspaper rebate form or online submission form.

1) RECEIPT: On the receipt, PLEASE INCLUDE the retailer’s name and date of purchase, and circle each product and the purchase price of each product.

2) REBATE FORM: PLEASE INCLUDE either the original newspaper rebate form (completed) OR the print-out of your online submission form. (For online submission, please go to http://naturemaderebate.pmcprograms.com.) If the rebate form is used, please be sure to include all UPC numbers on the rebate form.

MAIL TO: Mail the receipts AND EITHER the newspaper rebate form OR online submission form in a properly stamped envelope to: Nature Made $5 Rebate, Dept. 7499, PO Box 5011, Stacy, MN 55078-5011. All requests must be Postmarked by March 4, 2011 and received by March 18, 2011.
