Gap: Spend $15, Get A $12 Rebate

Here’s a nice rebate deal from Gap: when you spend $15 through June 10th, they’ll give you a voucher for a free Lucky Magazine subscription, or, if you don’t want the magazine, you can submit this rebate form online to get $12 back!  The card they give you for the magazine will have a code that you’ll have to use to submit the rebate form, so make sure you get the card.
