Coupon Insert Sneak Peek: Swiss Miss, Wesson Oil, Nabisco, And More

Published November 11, 2011 by Carrie in Grocery Deals

We should be getting two coupon inserts in Sunday, November 13th’s coupon inserts. See about what we’ll be getting in the Smartsource here, and in the Redplum here. There are some coupons for items like hot chocolate, vegetable oil, and crackers – things that typically go on sale in November and December, so clip those coupons and wait for the right sale!

Here’s some coupons I’m looking forward to and some ideas about where you might find a sale to go with them:

  • $0.50 off two Swiss Miss hot cocoa – these usually go on sale for $1 per box, so $0.50 after coupon if it’s at Safeway or King Soopers, where they’ll double the coupon!
  • $0.30 off one Wesson vegetable oil – this is an item that usually goes on sale in November and December. I try to stock up at these sales with enough to last through the rest of the year, as it doesn’t go on sale often!
  • $0.75 off two Nabisco crackers – look for sales on crackers during December. Safeway often does some pretty good deals, as I recall. There should also be a coupon for Keebler crackers in the Redplum.
  • $0.50 off two Birdseye C&W – I think these are included in King Soopers’ Mega Event through Tuesday, they should be $0.99 after coupon. This is the only brand of frozen green beans my family likes!

Remember that coupons and coupon values vary greatly by region, so what’s previewed in the links above may not match up exactly to our inserts in Colorado.  The Denver Post consistently has the most coupons compared to other newspapers, so I highly recommend subscribing to the Denver Post.

You can subscribe to the Denver Post through Springs Bargains and get Sunday delivery for $1.25 per week for up to five subscriptions – great if you want to get multiple papers without having to stop by a gas station to pick up extras every week!

The Gazette also offers several deals where you can subscribe for $1 for a year, but if you’ve ever compared the inserts in the past you know that you will want to make sure to subscribe to the Post, too.

Be sure to check the Printable Coupons Resource Center for lots of printable coupons!  Redplum almost always puts up new coupons on Sundays but the good ones are always gone by Monday morning, so if you’re on the computer on Sunday it might be a site worth checking.

Here are some of the latest printable coupons:

  • $1/1 I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Tub
  • $1/1 8th Continent Soy Milk
  • $1/1 Garnier Fructis Shampoo
  • $1.50/1 Scharffen Berger Chocolate
