Safeway Weekly: Ground Beef For $1.99/lb + More

Safeway has ground beef on sale for $1.99/lb this week, the lowest we’ve seen in awhile. And, if you’re in need of bacon, there are a couple of deals that are good, especially considering the lack of sales on bacon lately!

Also, Safeway has updated the official coupon policy on their website. I haven’t reviewed it in depth yet, but there are some important clarifications to make sure you’re familiar with!
