Twice in the last few weeks I have been treated poorly when I tried to have an error corrected on the receipt (once at Albertsons and once at King Soopers). In both cases, I called the store director the next day but pretty much felt like they didn’t really care.
I am thinking about writing letters to the corporate office and wondered if you could ask your readers if they have ever done this and if they had a positive outcome or if it was a total waste of time. I am annoyed at being treated like a liar and a criminal when the store makes a mistake and you only ask them to make it right.
