Sunflower Market Weekly: Great Deals On Muir Glen Organics & Strawberries + More

If you haven’t yet heard, some big changes (or maybe not) are coming to Sunflower Market: they’ll soon be merging with Sprouts! I’m not sure how much this will really change things, as both stores seem to be so similar already. From my observation, Sprouts tends to be a little cheaper on their sale produce items and I think Sunflower is a little cheaper on meat. Sprouts does a lot more store coupons, so maybe that will come to the Sunflower-turned-Sprouts as well.

It will be interesting to see how it all works out and if it actually changes anything – hopefully for the better, right?  Maybe we’ll even get a second location in Colorado Springs, that would be nice!

In the meantime, Sunflower Market has great deals on strawberries, grass-fed beef, a Muir Glen sale, and more. I need to get busy freezing strawberries soon… Last year I waited to long for a rock-bottom sale and missed them altogether! I think I may stock up at $1.25 this year rather than waiting for a $1.00 sale; how about you?
