Just a reminder that through May 25th, you can get a discount on an annual membership to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo here! We bought a membership for the first time this year and I’m loving it – we’ve been twice (once a week!) since we bought it and had so much fun… I think it’s going to be a weekly occurrence for us!
Last week, we actually took watercolor paints and the kids painted the monkeys in the morning and then painted the chickens in the afternoon while we were waiting for the hippo show. It was so much fun to be able to just relax for an hour and let them paint rather than rush through the zoo trying to see everything, like we do if we just purchase day passes. (This isn’t a commercial, we are just really loving our zoo membership, LOL!)

The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo doesn’t have free days, but the Denver Zoo does! Go here for information Denver Zoo (and other Denver museum) free days.
