When I posted about the free lettuce wraps at P.F.Chang’s yesterday, I remembered that they actually have some recipes on their official website! There are lots of copycat recipes out there, but I love finding ones that are straight from the source – it just seems like it’s a whole lot more likely to taste just like it does in the restaurant.
Here are some recipes that I’ve found straight from the restaurants themselves:
P.F. Chang’s Gluten-Free Shanghai Cucumbers (PDF)
P.F. Chang’s Ginger Chicken Stir-Fry Romaine Wraps with Citrus Soy (PDF)
P.F. Chang’s Gluten Free Mongolian Beef (PDF)
P.F. Chang’s Shanghai Noodles with Grilled Rib Eye and Broccoli (PDF)
Noodles Japanese Pan Noodles with Shrimp
Noodles’ Tuscan-Tossed Whole Grain Noodles with Grilled Chicken
Noodles’ Backyard Barbecue Salad
Noodles’ Coconut Curried Vegetables with Shrimp
Noodles’ Chicken Noodle Soup
Qdoba’s Poblano Pesto
This recipe used to be on their website but was removed. This one at Food.com appears to be the same
Red Lobster Recipes
They have a bunch of recipes on their site – I’m not sure if these are ones that are served in their restaurant or not.
Do you know of any other restaurants that have published their official-or-close-to-it recipes on their own sites?
