Well, at least we finally have some closure to the mysterious happenings at Rancho Liborio. This from the Gazette:
Rancho Liborio, a specialty grocery on Colorado Springs’ south side, has closed its doors permanently. Signs were posted Wednesday at one of the Rancho Liborio entrances, 1660 S. Circle Drive, announcing the store was closed and that bids were being taken on its equipment.
The company filed for bankruptcy on April 13th. Rats – I was still holding out hope that they might somehow, someday reopen with an amazing new store.
