There should be three coupon inserts in August 5th newspapers: one Smartsource (preview here), one Redplum (preview here), and one General Mills (preview here).
We’ll likely be seeing coupons for Scotch tape, which should be cheap/free with all the back-to-school sales for the next month or so. I’m hoping we get the coupons for $0.50 off Mariani dried fruit – we’ve been able to get packages of dried cranberries free in the past with this coupon, though not every time.
I’ll also be thrilled if we get the coupon that’s for $0.75 off one Nabisco crackers! That’s a much more valuable coupon than the $1 off two coupons that seem to be plentiful. There will also be plenty of coupons for cereal, granola bars, and fruit snacks – items that are usually at their lowest prices at this time of year.
You can subscribe to the Denver Post through Colorado Bargains and get Sunday delivery for $1.50 per week for up to five subscriptions – great if you want to get multiple papers without having to stop by a gas station to pick up extras every week!
The Gazette also offers several deals where you can subscribe for $1 for a year, but if you’ve ever compared the inserts in the past you know that you will want to make sure to subscribe to the Post, too.
