Shoe store DSW sends members of their DSW Rewards program a coupon for $5 off a purchase of $5 or more during your birthday month (excluding Keen and Nike brand shoes). If you’re a Rewards member, you can earn a $10 reward for every 1,500 points you accrue (10 points per dollar spent on regularly-priced items; 5 points per dollar on clearance items). You can even combine those two rewards for a total of $15 off.
