Fine Arts Center: Free Family Adventure Day on Saturday

The Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center will be hosting a free Family Adventure Day this Saturday, January 26th! Here’s more info:

Spend the day with your family being creative! Bemis instructors lead hands-on art activities that explore the theme Texture and Patterns, inspired by the FAC’s exhibition Wrap Art: Guatemalan Textiles from the Permanent Collection. Activities include drawing textures and patterns, collaging self-portraits with fabric and yarn, creating and printing textile-like images and hand-building with clay. All ages and skill levels welcomed.

The event will be held at the Bemis School of Art (818 Pelham Place) and takes place from 10 AM to 1 PM. Find out more information here.
