Check out my husband’s latest listings!

I hope you read the headline all the way and didn’t think I was telling you to check out my husband, because he is not for sale. ;)  I just wanted to mention a couple of my husband’s latest house listings!

This one just went on the market in east Colorado Springs – it’s a completely-remodeled, four-bedroom home for under $160k, and features wood floors, raised-panel doors, new vinyl windows, and more.

Another one just went on the market in the Gatehouse Village neighborhood in Briargate – it has lots of updates and backs to open space, and features four bedrooms upstairs, plus another in the basement.

This one went on the market a couple of weeks ago but was under contract in two days!

OK, back to the bargains. :)
