Incredible Sales & Free Family Patriot Day Event at Focus on the Family Bookstore

Did you see that the entire store (with a few exclusions) is 40% off for military and first responders?  This is a huge discount for those of you that qualify and a great way to get a head start on your Christmas shopping!  Plan to spend quite a bit of time browsing the store, because they have something for everyone.

I’m always thrilled when they do a sale on Drive Thru History DVDs as well.  We never purchase DVDs, but last year, I bought eight (hey, they were on sale!) of the Drive Thru History DVDs on sale at the bookstore’s Patriot Day event because we were borrowing them from the library so much.  I love, love, love this series and you won’t find a better deal.

And even though the sales in-store are enough to plan your trip around a visit to the Focus on the Family Bookstore, the activities they have outside are always lots of fun for the family, too (and a great way to reward the kids for their super behavior while you’re shopping – not that I would ever bribe for good behavior. ;).
