I’ve been able to order some stuff for my kids and myself from ThredUp using referral credits and have been pretty pleased with the stuff I’ve gotten. You have to be able to know what will fit your kids based on a picture of it laying flat on the ground – for instance, I look at the length of the shirts and whether or not it has an adjustable waist, which is relatively easy to tell based on a picture. The stuff I’ve gotten has all been very gently used and I’ve been pretty pleased with the kids’ clothes I’ve gotten with referral credit (it’s hard for me to buy clothes for myself like that, though – and if you can shop clearance deals in stores, you can get just as good of deals).  I have heard that they don’t give you a whole lot on the other end of the process, when you send stuff in.
