Safeway Weekly Deals (9/10-9/16): Great Deals on Ghirardelli Chips, C&H Sugar + More

Safeway has a great deal on Ghirardelli baking chips with an in-ad coupon this week – cheaper than Sam’s!  They also have a good deal on C&H granulated sugar on Friday, which is particularly notable since Sam’s usually has the best price on C&H sugar but they recently stopped carrying it in favor of some off-brand of beet sugar. :/
