Grocery Deals for the Week of May 18th

New grocery sales start on Wednesdays in Colorado Springs, and our stores have their grocery ads available for a sneak peek the day before!  Check “next week’s” deals below, and if you have a question or want to share a great deal you found, please leave a comment on this post.

The front pages of the Safeway and Albertsons ad are identical this week – I’ve been wondering when that was finally going to happen!  Though, Safeway does have a special Friday-Saturday-only sale that’s a separate flyer in their online ad portal.  With that Safeway sale, I’m seeing good deals on their store brand diapers, General Mills cereal, and Skippy peanut butter.

King Soopers has good prices on Sweet Baby Ray’s, Goldfish crackers, Ronzoni pasta, Fritos, and Cheetos.  And Sprouts has blueberries for $0.98, chuck roast for $3/lb (Friday-Sunday only), red bell peppers for $0.50, and brown rice for $0.69/lb. Note:  Some of those prices are valid at the Northgate location only.
