Each year members of the community compete in the pie baking contest and enjoy scoops of homemade ice cream.  Stick around and enjoy music from Little London Winds while sampling pie and ice cream at 7:00 pm!

Even if you’re not participating in the contest, you can purchase a slice of pie for $2 and a scoop of Old Colorado Creamery ice cream in a Patsy’s cone for $1.  Check out all the information on the Manitou Springs Chamber of Commerce page.

Parade, Street Fair, and More at Tri-Lakes 4th of July

Published June 29, 2018 by Carrie in Expired

The Tri-Lakes region will host their annual 4th of July celebration with live music, a parade, live music, and more – check out the full list of events here.  Unfortunately due to the dry weather, Palmer Lake will not be doing the fireworks show this year but there are still other activities going on.

Also, a friend let me know that the Stube, a German restaurant in Palmer Lake, is offering kayak and stand-up paddleboard rentals now so that would be a fun thing to do in that area on the 4th!
