On Wednesday, August 1st, Pikes Peak Community College and Pikes Peak Library District are teaming up to host a free STEAM event for kids at Sand Creek Library:
Students can earn backpacks and other school supplies by completing the STEAM Ticket to Launch. Activites include:
- Ollie the Robot Obstacle course,
- Cool Science demonstrations,
- KEPC/PPCC-tv,
- Snap Circuits,
- 3-D Pens,
- Magnetic Art,
- Blackout Poetry,
- MakerSpace activities and several other stations
