On November 22nd-24th, the USAFA Bluebards Cadet Theatre Troupe will present three performances of A Christmas Carol at Arnold Hall on the Academy. Admission is free (it doesn’t appear that tickets are required so you may want to get there early to make sure you get a spot), and you can find more information here.
Update: A reader found out more information and was kind enough to pass it along. This from reader Lindsay:
The auditorium is huge so it will likely not fill up (and if it fills up they will open up the balcony area as well) you don’t need tickets for the performance and parking is near Arnold Hall (free parking), you can wait in the lobby until the theatre opens at 6:30pm (if going to an evening performance).
If you are not military and you would like to go to an evening performance you NEED TO BE ON BASE BEFORE 5PM (after 5pm only those with a DOD ID or military ID can get on base). Arnold Hall is very nice and has an area to sit and eat while you wait. If you go to Sundays performance you don’t have to worry about that 5pm rule. :)
