ACCEPTANCE: Participation by entry in a giveaway or promotion (an Event) provided by SpringsBargains.com, Carrie Isaac, Jeremy Isaac, their affiliates, or any related entities (together the Website) shall be considered an acceptance of these terms and conditions and an acknowledgement that they have been delivered and reviewed in their entirety.
WAIVER & RELEASE: Any participant in an Event agrees to waive and release the Website from any liability for negligence and gross negligence related to the use of any product or service provided by third parties related to an Event. Furthermore, any participant agrees to independently engage any third parties and that such third parties are not agents of the Website.
SUBSTITUTION: The Website may incorporate changes in rules, promotions, giveaway items, or terms and may substitute where it deems such changes are necessary for any reason.
MISCELLANEOUS: The headings in these terms and conditions are inserted for convenience only and are not part of the terms and conditions. If any term or provision is invalid for any reason, its invalidity will not affect the validity of the remainder of the terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall be construed according to the substantive and procedural laws of the State of Colorado, excluding any Colorado choice of law provisions. Venue for disputes arising from these terms and conditions or torts claimed and based on the subject matter of these terms and conditions shall be in the State District Court of El Paso County, Colorado, or the United States District Court for the District of, and the parties consent to such jurisdiction. The parties to these terms and conditions waive venue in any other forum.
ADDITIONAL RULES FOR GIVEAWAYS:
Giveaways are restricted to U.S. residents aged 18 and older.
Participant may not enter on behalf of another individual or both entries will be disqualified.
Participants must complete the entry rules as stated or entry will be disqualified.
Family members of Carrie Isaac or Jeremy Isaac or contracted Springs Bargains team members are not eligible for giveaway prizes.
Winners of giveaways in the past 30 days are not eligible for giveaway prizes.
All giveaway winners are selected randomly using either the And The Winner Is… WordPress plugin or the Random.org random number generator.
Giveaway winners will be notified using the email address used when leaving the giveaway entry. Winners have 2 business days to respond with the requested prize delivery information or another winner will be selected.
