Victory Ridge has plans for a number of new restaurants: In addition to In-N-Out, slated to arrive in late 2020, the center will also be adding a Panda Express, Slim Chickens, Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt, Qdoba, Glo Nail Lounge, and Earth Treks Climbing Center, according to their site plan.
